What to expect?

Friday:
Evening – Arrival, music and roda.

Saturday:

Morning – “Good morning movement – work with the chi”

Day – ABC of the capoeira kicks + training and roda

Evening – bananeira + partner acrobatics

Sunday:

Morning – Movement training (R.O.M. Workout)

Day – capoeira floreios + training and roda
